We take pride in creating custom-made products tailored just for you. As each item is made to order, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect information submitted, or buyer error.


❗ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Please note: Minor variations in color, size, or design placement are part of the handmade/custom process and are not considered defects.


📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we are unable to make changes or issue refunds.


💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return or issue is approved (for defective or incorrect items), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
