1. Can I customize my order?

Yes! We specialize in custom-made products. Please follow the instructions on each product page to submit your name, text, or image details. If you need help, feel free to contact us at 📧 support@lovecubby.com.


2. How long does production take?

Our production time usually follows this schedule:

  • Design period: 3–5 business days

  • Manufacturing period: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping period: 3–10 business days (depending on location)

Please note that during busy seasons (holidays), times may extend slightly. Please also note that weather conditions (such as typhoons or heavy rain) may cause delays of up to one week.


3. Can I make changes after placing an order?

Since all items are custom-made, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. After production starts, we may not be able to modify your order.


4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

We accept returns or refunds only if the product arrives damaged or defective. Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or personalization errors provided by the customer. Please double-check all customization details before confirming your order.


5. How do I care for products?

We recommend:

  • Gentle machine wash in cold water

  • Do not bleach

  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

  • Avoid ironing directly on the print

Specific care instructions are also included with your product.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
