As each item is made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

โœ… Customization details provided incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong name or date)

We highly recommend double-checking all custom details (name spelling, dates, sizes, etc.) before placing your order.

If we have made an error with your order (e.g., wrong name, wrong design, damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
We will gladly:

โœ… Or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Please provide clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and find a solution.
